On the Clock has been a gamechanger for my office. I love having access to it with the phone app. It is affordable and easy to use. My staff prefer it over manual timecards. I wish I learned about On the Clock sooner. I love the service it provides and would highly recommend it to all employers and business owners.

This is a great service. User friendly and cost effective. We have stream lined our payroll much easier with employee time entries and it has made processing payroll extremely efficient. The app for employees is awesome. The ability to keep track of their hours more efficiently has increased production and confusion.

You can't go wrong with On the Clock. It is easy for our employees to use, and has a geofence feature which keeps clock ins and outs from being made when they're not where they're supposed to be. Also, administratively, the ability to adjust time cards for missed punches or travel/vacation/sick is very easy and quick.

We have been using On The Clock for a couple years now. It has worked great for us. We are a small cleaning business with roughly 130 employees. We use the GPS tracking a lot. It seems to always be pretty accurate as well. We very seldom have problems. Overall, we would definitely recommend this site to other businesses.

I love this timekeeping software. Easy to use, easy to track vacation, sick and personal time. Easy to modify time. Easy for employees to request time off with notes. The support is also very responsive and helpful. I have used the chat function for help and have had excellent service each time.The cost is also very reasonable.

Overall it's a decent program. Everything is covered and it is cost effective as well. We use it for our full time and hourly staff for time punching and vacation requests. The thing that needs to be improved is PTO process. At the moment any employee can request multiple PTO request for a single date. Duplicate shouldn't be allowed.

OnTheClock.com has many features I may need someday and all the features I need now. I am extremely happy with this robust and economical solution for keeping employee records accurate. Also Customer Service is great! I called today and there was very little wait time. Jon Grayson answered and was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and helpful.

Simple to use, but has plenty of features that we are able to use as we grow as a business. In particular, I've loved that it works well for both my employees who work at a location, and those who work from home (GPS tracking!). Very customizable to your business. And, the very few times I've had questions or suggestions, they've always been addressed quickly.

We have been using on the clock for the past 3 years. I would definitely recommend. I love that I can access it either from the app or online. If you need customer service, someone knowledgeable contacts you back and doesn't make you feel like you are wasting their time. If you need to know who was where someone was punching in and out this is the app for you.

What a great experience we have had, using On the Clock for an online time clock. Not only is it very easy to use, but their customer service is fantastic, and their pricing is super reasonable. They provide as close to perfect a product and service as one could ever hope for. We have been using them for several years, and plan to continue to do so in the future.

On the Clock is able to break hours down into multiple subcategories, which is exactly what I need. The process of initially setting all those up is more complicated than it should be, and it would be helpful if it would automatically populate everything alphabetically. Still, it's the most cost effective solution and offers much more than expected given the price point.

This software has saved me so much time and money in the payroll process. We have people that travel regularly who used to submit hand-written time cards. By eliminating the time to confirm illegible handwriting and enter time punches on the computer manually, payroll processing has become so much faster now. It is easy to learn and use. And the price is very reasonable, especially for a small business like ours.

We had been looking for a way to keep track of our employees hours that was inexpensive (we only have one employee) everything we found was either so costly or used us so much space on the phone, or was just not user friendly. Then I found ontheClock, what a blessing this app is, not only is it very reasonably priced, but so easy to use and has features we didn't even know we needed. Thank you for making time keeping easy for me.

OTC works great, and way cheaper than Tsheets. It has just the right amount of functionality. Tsheets worked but had so many unnecessary features. OTC is just easier to use. The UI isn't as "pretty" as tsheets but again, i dont' care what it looks like, as long as it's easy and functions well. Which it does. The only thing that would be amazing is if OTC added some of the features they are hoping to add regarding approval of hours.

I love On the Clock and highly recommend it to my peers. This program was recommended to me by my computer guy after my work computer crashed and I was unable to access my timekeeping program that was installed on my computer. The On the Clock program is all online and accessible from anywhere with never a worry of losing the information. I was able to personalize it to the specifics of my business needs. It is an awesome program for a business like mine with one employee, myself. Customer service staff is always very helpful. I highly recommend On the Clock timekeeping program to any business owner.

This is one of the better companies I have actually enjoyed using their software. The product itself has been extremely reliable and has many features that you can't get anywhere else for the price. But what really is exceptional at this price is the customer service. The are located in the U.S. and real people pick up the phone. These people are extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole set up process and afterwards for any problems my employees have experienced. I was even able to speak directly with the developer once when I needed assistance. We tried many other products before finding OnTheClock and all were failures. Since using OnTheClock, we have finally stopped looking for other time clock solutions because we are so happy with the product & service.
