CASE 1 On the 23rd June I bought and paid $40 for a dewalt combi box order no #M9505H143 from olivia vaughan e - mail [protected]@oliviavaughan. shop I received 2 e-mails then nothing esle no tool set now I can`t get in touch with them.
CASE 2 On the 25th June I bought and paid $44 for a red tool chest and tools invoice no 65249-3y6gdom seller transaction 65468189KU4316625 order no LV525574803CN from e - mail [protected]@beaukify.com they said the shippers had put the wrong address on it delivered elsewhere I gave them the right address from the start still received nothing.
CASE 3 on the 21July I bought and paid $79.98,£68.26 for a black 3 wheeled electric scooter from toolthemes order no [protected] e-mail [protected]@gmail.com they gave me so many lies blaming the shippers then I got a watch which had a broken hour hand then tried to say I could keep the broken watch and give me a refund minus the shipping fee which was free anyway! I wanted my electric scooter not a broken watch then they said they would refund my money minus the shipping fee which was free anyway STILL NO REFUND
CASE 4 On he 14th Aug I thought i`d try again for a 3 wheeled electric scooter as I saw another advert on face book. the company was supplyglad.com the seller in hong kong zhinan technology order no 6ZLYV-MA92W5E the cost this time $54.22 e-mail [protected]@omybuzz.com had the same reponse as case three same excuses same e-mails I thought I must be the same company still waiting...
I have kept all the e-mails sent to me by these companies if you want me to forward them to you I will as its probably happened to a lot more people than me and i`m not happy.
Desired outcome: just trying to see if face book doesn`t put any dodgy companies on face conning a lot of people out of there hard earned money. I would like all the goods i ordered and paid for or a total refund
you say its resolved but i still haven`t had my goods or a refund from 3 of the companies?
can you help me about my earlier complaint i think it was id 1404012 you say it was resolved iv`e just had my bank statement . Iv`e had no refunds on case 1,2 or 3 or nothing that i ordered so it`s not been resolved so can you give me a clue how you can say it was resolved?
