Back in September 2019 I had made a decision to start a small Sphynx breeding program. I came across a man named Murray Piggot from Ohnatural cattery in Alberta. I told Murray that I was looking for very good quality cats and he pretty much convinced me that he had the best in Canada. He also told me he would mentor me and help me with my breeding program so I decided to go with him because of that. Murray's asking price for a cat with breeding rights was $3000 cash and a kitten from the first litter the cat produced or another $2000 at the time of kittens. Murray also told me that all of his cats were HCM scanned and were some of the best cats around pretty much convincing me that nobody else had what he had. So I ended up buying a male kitten from Murray out of two cats named Georgia and Lestat. I also asked Murray if he could help me find a female and his mentor a lady named Lori sometimes Lauren Millbanks was his mentor and she made arrangements to get me a female cat from the Ukraine. Little did I know that Murray had already been interested in a male cat from this lady in the Ukraine and they put me onto her so that I could end up paying half of their shipping. They also told me that I could not contact that breeder because they had told her the cat was for Murray not me. I started to find these things a bit strange so I started doing some research on these people. Also after I had paid for the deposit on the male cat and paid for the female cat in full I was then told that the female cat would have to stay at Murray‘s house in Calgary for three weeks and I would have to pay $10 a day for boarding fees none of this was told to me before hand. I also had to pay for half of his gas and All kinds of other things they could throw in. Once I receive the cats the male cat that I bought from Murray was sneezing and had to be put on antibiotics right away and also dewormed. The female cat was fine which was not from them. I later found out by doing some research that they also overcharged me for the female cat they got me in the Ukraine the cat originally was $1800 US and Murray charged me $2000 euro making himself a nice little bit of extra money. I do have proof of all of this because I talked to the breeder myself finally and told her that the cat was for me. The cat was also put into Murray's name for some reason and I still have not received my registration papers for my female cat that I paid for in full which was never Owned by Murray but it is in his name. He then also lied to me about the fact that he had sent in the registration papers to TICA to be changed into my name, well I called TICA and they said they had nothing there. When I confronted them all of us sudden they sent it to me by email and it had not been changed to my name as they said it was. But I still have not received my original registration paper. It's starting to become very clear to me that these people do nothing but lie and get every penny they can from you. They also treated me very badly trying to bully me and tell me what to do they also told me not to talk to other breeders because other breeders would try to take me down because I was new in the Cat world. Finding out now the reason for that was because I was able to find out that they have ripped off a lot of other people. The bloodlines that they sell to breeders is infested with Hcm a heart disease that breeders try very hard not to have in their blood lines and definitely I don't want to start out with this. There are several kittens that have come out of these cats that have Hcm and also are infertile. I did ask for a refund of $1000 and was willing to neuter the cat and pay his pet price of $2000 but he refused to do anything for me. I am now trying to get my $3000 back because I will not work with liars and bad bloodlines. Also another thing that I have found out is that they do not allow anybody to come to their house they also raise Dobermans and Sphynx cats and no one is allowed to come there that is a red flag. I wish I would've known this before I purchased anything from them. Since I bought my cats I have met several other cat breeders and owners who have been treated very badly as well and got animals with Hcm and also infertility and they paid seven to $10, 000 for their cats and we're not refunded anything. I'm sure there are some people that have gotten some nice cats from these people but I am not one of them I want my money back because I will not breed anything that is going to cause my future buyers heartbreak with an animal that could get sick and die young. These people brag about being the best breeders in Canada and believe me they are far from it they brag about the fact that they have 40 years experience well I'm sorry but that does not make you a good breeder it just makes you a better con at what you are doing. Murray told me himself that you have to play the game to be able to sucker in the buyers. Unfortunately he was talking about me and other people they have taken advantage of. These people have lied to me so many times I cannot keep track anymore I just want my money back and I want to be able to go purchase another male to continue my breeding program I am not made of money and now I am out $3000. As far as I can tell Lori/Lauren Millbanks is the leader of this group of people that are selling these cats. The parents to my kitten used to belong to her and she is Murray's mentor. I just can't believe that you can turn something that is legal to do breeding cats into something so nasty and illegal these people need to be stopped already. If you have had a bad experience with Lori/Lauren Milbanks or Murray Piggott please write your story here I know I'm not the only one because I have talked to several people already and have found several comments on there face book page from others.. Barenaked babies is Lori Lauren Milbanks she also does not give out her address and uses different names for different advertisements and takes people to strange places to meet for the sale of her kittens it is very weird. Murray also does not allow anybody to his house claiming that they will bring cat diseases which is hilarious there are protocols you can take to make sure that your buyers do not infect your cattery. I've always believed that breeders that hide their animals from their buyers have definitely got something to hide I would love to know what it is. I am not writing this complaint for any other reason except to hopefully help others to not be fooled by these people. I pretty much no I will not get any refund as they are not reputable breeders with any morals. I am adding a few things to prove my story the breeder in Ukraine telling me the price of my cat and Murray telling me a diff price.

I have also tried to sell the cat as a pet and have had several people say no way they had a bad experience with them already. Also check out the adds they run for cats diff names lori and Lauren also diff addresses. HMMM
also notice the add Murray posted for his cats he uses a picture of the male cat he got from the Ukraine making it look like its his bloodline. SHADY!
I could go on but I hope that others will share there nightmares with these shady people. And like I said I'm sure there are happy buyers to but hope so after 40 years. This is Lori/Laurens sales pitch and Murrays Ive been breeding for 40 years so that makes me the best.. NOT

I love the way they made there own complaints against me the victim lol go for it Lori Lauren Milbanks the lady with 2 names and 4 address and Murray the man of a million lies and his wife Brenda the puppet master.. Just beware folks these are not nice or honest people they are selling sick cats for high prices and meeting you in weird places so you cant sue them..lol wow what a crew!

There is now more to this story it is unreal. Now they are trying to get my female cat from the Ukraine with another cattery in Alberta. I can not say any more as we are taking them to court very soon and i have been advised not to have any more contact with them. We have hired a few people to investigate all three catteries more and the stuff we are finding is unbelievable. Once we go to court the information will become public to help stop them from selling there sick cats and stop the other cattery which we will not name yet from harassing people and causing undue stress and many other things they will be charged with. We will have proof of every thing we say once the judge grants us our damages etc we will make it public to hopefully save others from going threw the nightmare these breeders have put us threw with texting us every day phoning us 10 times in a row, using legal mumbo jumbo thinking we are stupid. We are street smart people Not school smart but that doesn't mean we will allow anyone to rip us off threw threats and badgering everyday with texts and emails and bogus contracts trying to twist every thing around to make them look like the victim. Until this goes to court we are not able to give out there names but we will soon. I am posting just one picture of there phone calls I am hiding there number at this time until I legally can show it. Would you consider this harassment and daily texts and emails at 130 am for almost a month now?And the funny part is they think they can prove they own my cat when it has never been on there property or given a receipt for her purchase or any thing. All I did wrong was trusted her and believed she was going to buy my cat when she placed a 1000.00 non refundable deposit and then made one payment of $500.00 which has been returned to them. I stupidly put the papers in her name as she did a good job at be friending me so she could get my cat free.I have tried several times to work this out but each time they try another tactic to be able to get my cat and keep her for free even threatening me that they are going to come get her. They tell me Im going to court and be charged for trying to sell my own cat now that the papers are in there name yet the cats price was $4000 and they gave me $1500 . They tried to get me to send the cat with only paying $2000 which they never did and when I refused all hell broke lose.So we have tried several times to fix this with them but to no avail they have refused there money several times just to try another way to get the cat and papers for free. The stress this has caused myself has put me in the hospital with sever anxiety attacks thinking i was having a heart attach also now having to take anxiety medication. My husband has lost days of work to stay home with me and is also stressed because he doesn't know how to stop them. These kind of people pray on sick people they know i am ill I have fibromyalgia and BPD I also have 2 ulcers due to the stress and I have medical proof and letters from the hospital and my DR, they use badgering every day to try to break me down to give in to there demands. I WILL NOT DO IT MY LAWYER says we have a very tight case. So once we go to court and prove what these nasty people are trying to do along with there friend Murray who has already caused me to loose $1500.00 because I will not breed cats with HCM in bloodlines and I have proof of that as well from a lady who's cat died from HCM from the same parents to the cat they sold me to use to start my breeding program. I am looking forward to this court case! The people that are trying to steal my cat are in there 30's I am 61 who does that? I'm not saying I'm perfect but I would never do this to anyone. What they don't realize is that I keep all my texts and emails in the cloud :) I'm also posting how many times I am having to contact my lawyers yes lawyers 2 of them now so there will NOT be a refund of there non refundable deposit as we have had to use it for lawyer fees. I was willing to give it back before it went this far several times but they choose to keep pushing us and left us no choice. We will not be bullied by 30 year olds when we did not do anything except trust them.
I also wanted to add my name is not Tony Dually I was in the process of legally changing my name when I met the first breeder and because he took all my money I could no longer afford to do it.I will be in the future but my name is Tracy. Another threat today by email for them to take me to court as I have blocked there many phone numbers at least 4 of them now. Just more for my lawyer to look at. :) One more thing it is pretty funny that these breeders hated each other when I met them and now they are teaming up to take my cat. WHY? MONEY WHY ELSE there kittens are any where from 2000- up to 10, 000 because my cat can produce ODD eyes that can sell for big money and think about it they can have 3 or more litters a year and up to 5-9 kittens. GREED I'm sure the judge will figure this out pretty fast but they seem to think he will not see it ...hmmm

So now there is much more to my story another cattery has jumped in I cannot name them right now because we are in the process of taking them to court. But they were able to get me to sign over my registration papers to them making me believe that they were going to buy my cat. They made $1000 nonrefundable deposit and then made a $500 payment. They were supposed to give me $2000 and then they wanted me to ship the cat ahead of time and pay the remaining $2000 for the full payment of $4000 by the end of March 2020. And like a dummy my biggest mistake was trusting this girl who had befriended me for several weeks. Once the papers were in her name she told me that she would not be able to pay in full until the end of April instead of the end of March . My husband and I discussed this and we decided that that was too long and that we would not ship the cat until she was paid in full. That’s when all hell broke loose and this woman and her husband started to threaten us with our own registration papers telling us that that was their cat and they wanted the cat immediately. Reminding you everybody that they have only paid $1500 towards a $4000 cat. Of course we did not agree to this and that’s when the harassment and badgering started. These people have text me every day almost all day for the last three weeks they have phoned me with at least 4 diff numbers emailed me at 1:30 in the morning . Phoned 10 times at a time and say they are not harassing me. They use legal mumbo-jumbo because they know I am street smart and not book smart. They also know that I am not well I am 61 I have fibromyalgia and BPD and other illnesses. Legally right now I cannot give their names but once we take them to court and sue them for what they have done to myself and my husband which is putting me in the hospital with a severe Anxiety attack thinking I was going to have a heart attack and now I’m put on medication also I have had to see my doctor several times through the last three weeks because I have a stress related illness which they are aggravating terribly bad. My husband has lost wages to stay home with me. This is all documented and there will be letters from DRs and the hospital and my husbands place of employment. We have tried several times to work this out with them and refund their money for our registration papers but each time we do they come up with another way to try to get their money back and keep the papers for the cat. We have realized that this will not be solved without lawyers and the judge involved so once that is done I will be able to share my story and who they are publicly. We really don’t want anyone else to have to go through this type of harassment and badgering we have proof that they have done this before and I will be posting that proof as well as the many phone calls they have made the amount of times I have to call a lawyer and a few other things I am allowed to do before we go to court. I have already added a couple of pictures of all the phone calls that they have made and also the amount of times I’ve had to talk to my lawyers in the last few days. These people harassed me the whole time that my best friend of 35 years passed away and on my birthday the day after she died obviously a very stressful and devastating time for me but they didn’t care. They even questioned it because it didn’t seem to them that she was buried soon enough after she died? That’s what happens when you’re cremated and you have to be taken to another province to be buried with your family. These people are disgusting. I also have the proof of those texts where they even questioned her death. All of this is going to come out to the public I’m looking forward to that. This will not end until I have my right full reg papers for my cat and they put in writing that they will never contact me again no refund as we have had to pay lawyers because of them trying to trick us.

I see your new post today Toni Dually, that’s great you got $4000. Maybe now you’re can return the $1000 hard earned money you’ve stolen from a family. To choose to ignore them and block them so they can’t ahold of you when you know you owe them $1000 is theft. Period.
Also, you had a breeding contract with the male you referred to in your new post. A breeding price was agreed upon by you to pay for. Whether you kept him intact or had him nurtured is your choice, but you still have to abide by the payment agreed on the contract.
When you say Lol with comments like what you just posted it says something about yourself. In my opinion it is a sign of great immaturity, that you get off on public defamation of character and shows a great lack of understanding of how serious the legal consequences are for what you have done and are still engaged in.
Your day of reckoning is still coming. And by a day of reckoning I mean the day where you will have to publicly apologize for needlessly attacking these many people and their families on social media and admit to all the lies and manipulation you used to harm a lot of people. The damages and harm you recklessly and needlessly put harmed others with will have to be made right and settled either by your own free choice or through the law.
I don’t know how anyone on this complaints board is allowed to make a complaint about someone when it’s all on text from numerous people that you threatened to euthanize the male cat you just referred to in this most recent post unless they gave you your way, owe a nice family $1000, refuse to contact them, block them so nothing can be worked out, fraudulently send a potential buyer of yours old invalid ownership papers for a female not registered in your name, telling the innocent buyer you will transfer the ownership papers to this poor unknowing person if she sends you money for the cat that doesn’t belong to you. To this day the registration papers for this cat are in that family’s name and they’ve paid $1000 towards her. They want to sign the papers to you and get their money back.
I think your user name fir this site is almost perfect except you’re missing one word: Toni Dually *Personality*. Don’t blame your apparent name changing process on this. Remember, it’s one thing to be in the process of a name change, but it’s another thing to say to people “let me talk to **one name you use** and see what they say” and to come back and say “I talked to **other name you use**, and they said no they don’t like that idea”. You have admirer that you were the one and same person pretending to be other people with different opinions.
Every single claim that was just made on this post is 100% documented and is able to be backed up legally and will be one day.
Perhaps you should start off by sending the money back to the family you owe and then they will happily transfer back the registration papers that are still legally in their name for the female cat so you can legally sell it or breed it. (Unless you have either already done so). If you did sell it already, there will be legal issues to follow.
The truth always comes out in the end. Best not to immaturely Lol in these posts when you’re dealing with very serious issues. It shows that you really don’t understand how serious this has all become.
There are two undeniable completely backed up and well documented laws that were commuted by you according to the Canadian Criminal Code.

This person posting the original complaint is not to be taken seriously. The submitter of this complaint says there was a legal name change in process. There's nothing wrong with having a legal name change. But when a person says, for one of 12 examples...
"let me check with so and so (different name), she's very shy and not a people person like me and I'll get back to you",
… conversations like this with this person is far different then going through a legal name change process. This is falsely impersonating a fake identity. There is proof of this person admitting this and apologizing.
Further to this complaint, there is documented proof of this person fraudulently trying to sell a cat that is not registered in this person's name. This person showed a potential buyer old registration papers that are invalid to try to convince the buyer that the ownership right to the cat is not mortgaged, is not under sequestration, is not subject to encumbrances, claims or rights of third parties. Thank goodness the potential buyer was smart enough to see through this scam and submit documentation.
Another interesting point is that this person will send novel long texts full of insults and demands but then immediately block the respondent. That is highly unethical. Who wouldn't try to respond through various avenues of communication in order to try and resolve things before it goes to the legal system? There are also time zone differences in place that aren't accounted for.
This person owes a family $1000 of their hard earned money and is unwilling to pay it back. They don't want her cat. They just want their money back and to not have to worry about future on line defamation of character towards themselves or other reputable breeders. The registered owners are more than happy to sign the papers back to this person provided she pays them back the money owed and signs a contract that there will be no social media/on line slander in the future.
This complaints board is great for genuine issues. It is perfect for people who selfishly use and abuse animals for their own personal gain. The posts from this person have nothing to do with people like that whatsoever. (see all additional posts from this person regarding many other catteries)
Please take whatever this person posts with a BIG grain of salt. A growing number of people are tired of having this person "cry wolf" over and over again plastering invalidated complaints. There are really good cat breeders who take pride in their cattery, but sometimes suffer from people such as this because of on line media that isn't refereed.
This person personally claims on line that these people caused mental/physical illnesses. Perhaps a back check during the court process will prove this person sadly has suffered from things such as this far before this event happened.
It appears this person believes that by refusing to open dialogue and attempt to mediate with these people that this is going to just disappear. Regretfully, the law says otherwise and this person is soon to find out these facts.
When this person is brought to justice, there will be no exposing of names, phone numbers etc etc... The law is the law... Period.
