I purchased a certified used vehicle from DCH Acura of Temecula (Infinity 2014). Within the 1st 2 weeks the Cadillac converter needed to be replaced and they did a diagnostic but never provided service documentation, or release documents stating what the DTC's for the check engine light were per their scan reader. They are now refusing to help me get a service order to confirm what was done to the vehicle. this is my 2nd month owning the car and I have a blown head gasket and a transmission issue. They are unprofessional and continue to tell me that DCH Acura was sold just now and is now owned by OH and no one is willing to help me. They keep pushing me around to other dealers. I have requested their service department to do a service diagnostic which I'm paying for, and they told me that the transmission issues cannot be repaired at their facility. It's been difficult getting ahold of anyone even at their corporate office for Lithium, no one has called me back.

All they have been able to provide is my service order # 308405 but not a detailed copy of the service that was done in September. My fear is that they were aware of the defects and only did the bare minimum and gave us the car knowing there was further issues with it. This vehicle is for my 18-year-old son and his safety is my priority.

Desired outcome: I would like to return the vehicle and get a full refund or have the dealership help us trade it in, for another car that is reliable.
