Office Pro, Inc. review: SCAM &Artist& and Poor Services from Owner Jamin Arn 3

Owner Jamin Arn is a Lier, SCAM "Artist", please be aware!

Divine Capital Investment had provided this company with superior business consulting services for work done to obtain a lender to provide financing for him and we actually had an offer on the table to fund his deal with all due diligence work completed. And for some reason he wanted to pull out of the deal and ran out of money to pay Consultings Fees for service because he had problems not making enough sales in his company and owing alot of venders. His company is having such poor services and attracting new clients, he is not making enough money to pay his vendors, Divine Capital Investments and Banks. Devine Capital Investments charge him consulting fees to get started of $3, 000 dollars with a remaining balance of a little over $8, 000 for such services rendered and Mr. Arn is not returning phone calls and have become very hard to deal with as a client and not handing his financial obligations and paying his bills that he requested services. Mr. Jarmin seem that he is not telling the truth to is bankers, lenders, clients, etc. We have turned over Mr. Jarmin, Office Pro, inc. Billing Invoice to a collection agency for collections and he is angry about it and started a complaint because he can't pay his bills and trying to scam our company out of fees due to our organization.

He will take your money, promise you things that will not happen, and when held accountable, never measures up. He comes across well educated, and is very good at sales. He likes to use the switch and bait, he drafted a contract for me to pursue a loan, and the terms he drafted were very attractive. I had to wire him $3, 000, to get my loan app going. He told me he does loans like this all the time, and that there were plenty of people out there to lend this kind of money at these great terms. Well, that never happend, I never received a loan offer, only a letter of intent, and the terms for on the letter of intent were way off from his original terms in our contract.
