Office Depot #5101 review: Product ordered [protected]-013

This item has been canceled, however, continues to try to ship. Have spoken with Team Leader Andrea Harris. A charge goes to my credit card and then credit is posted and this all stays pending. This is getting ridiculous, you seem to have a computer glitch which is very annoying. I will never order online from Office Depot again. During these times of Covid, I have never had this problem! I believe she is doing all she can to get this resolved and it is still continuing!

Please get this rectified as soon as possible. As you can see this is already the 13th time. I am frustrated and wondering how long will this be going on?
