I started my dept rewiev counselling in 2017 and it was paid up in 2020 31 july and till today I have nit recieved a clearance certificate its unacceptable cause I cant be financially helped at the bank or anywhere else. I now get phone calls from attorneys inconetcion with a outstanding amount from direct axis. Can you please sort this matter out before I go to my lawyer

Desired outcome: I want a clearance certificate that shows my name has been cleared from dept counseling
