Ocala Electric review: Electric prices

Now, I've lived at my address for about 17 months, and the whole time I've had Ocala Electric company for my utilities on their pay as you go plan. The issues that I'm facing are outrageous for someone who lives alone and doesn't use the electric but for the major appliances. Since I moved in last July, I've already spent well over $3600.00 on just electric. I've had my electric off every other week I lose a day or so, because they turn it off when u owe $2.86 or $83 , plus charge you a $4.50 fee every single time you pay, because they go through Myusage app, but us customers didn't ask for that so because they're using that app they are making us pay no matter what, so say for example one day I owed 6.58 this is the truth example when I owed $6.58 the electric company charged me $4.50 But the issue is that I didn't pay the $0.58 and they wouldn't turn the power on until I paid that $0.58 and then they charged me another $4.50 for a $0.58 transaction! so if this isn't robbery I don't know what is. Every other day I'm paying crazy prices, and I went outside to look at my electrical box and the arrow that pints towards the kilowatts
