Nycha Red Hook West review: Compactor

Dont understand why are we getting g just one bin for 36 tenants in each complex total of 72 tenants. We have three bldgs attached 470 472 and 466 and the only operable compactor is 466. Now to get to the compactor at 466 thru basement they must pass 472 then 470 to get to 466. Very valuable confidant said there isn't anything wrong with out compactor. This is not acceptable. The compactor been closed for approx 3 wks and now the put up notice
