This is obviously a scam - - i have received ones for $20 million, and one for $200, 000, 000.
If you read carefully, it probably states you share in this pot. Besides, legitimate award notifications, don't ask you for money. Especially something as trivial as $20. Save your cash.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I received a letter stating that I had won a lump sum of cash even giving a me a cash receipt number of E35620405354859. It verifies that I have won this money and that there is a page they want me to return with my signature.
I was very and still am skeptical because they want me to send a $20.00 processing fee in order to get this cash money.
I just wanted to make sure if this is a scam or not.
