I have called, emailed, and submitted a chat message on the NSD tracking system trying to locate my cabinets that I ordered from Home Depot. Part of my order arrived, after with no updates, etc. A Home Depot customer service rep, after I had checked with them 3 different times, finally determined that the tracking # had been changed, but not updated with them or me. They also determined that the cabinets were transferred to a consignee...AAA Cooper. Of course, I've called them and they say, they don't have or maybe it's on a truck that they have to deliver to the local terminal, Crosstown Delivery.

I will say that, a supervisor at Crosstown Delivery has been trying to help me, to no avail. In the meantime, I have no idea when or if I'll receive the remaining 17 pieces of my kitchen cabinets.

I have spent, at minimum, 30+ hours of my time trying to resolve this issue; to no avail. I can't reach anyone, at anytime, at NSD and Home Depot Customer Care only assists up to a point. During my last conversation with them last Thursday, the Representative advised that they finally reached someone by phone at NSD…and the outcome was…my order/delivery issue had been escalated to upper management and they would not be overlooked when that it done. But, I have yet to heard from them, nor has there been any updates on the NSD tracking system to date.

In the meantime, my Contractors all left; said I'm costing them time and money, due to this delay, especially since no one can give me a definite delivery date or even advise whether the items have arrived at their dock.

I'm at my wits. Please help if you can.

By the way...I had to pick and dig for all of this information, otherwise I'd know nothing.

Desired outcome: My desired outcome is that the remaining portion of my order to be delivered asap. My kitchen is being remodeled; and is bare to the walls...I don't want to start this process from scratch.
