Have a NY EZ-Pass and went from CT to Cape May NJ. All tolls where paid. Got home and found a violation notice in the mail from NJ EZ-pass. I called the number on the letter, it stated, "Due to high call volume try calling back after 7pm" then it hangs up on you. The number is [protected]. Tried calling a few times that week all to get the same message. I called after 7pm (around 8pm) and the recording stated, "Please call back during business hours". How do you get through to NJ EZ-Pass at all?

I also went on their website and logged into the violation page. There I saw exact same thing as my letter stated I skipped out on 2 tolls (NOT TRUE, I can see I paid them on my NY EZ-Pass). I printed out my Account Balance (full no issues for non-payment) shows the 2 tolls in NJ are in question (PAID, Same time "within secs" same date, same amount $ and same toll booth lane). Sent that in via regular mail. Got another letter to PAY fine and Violation is now closed. It's for both tolls of $3.96 + a $50 admin fee - WHAT?

I am not HOLDING for over an hour this morning on this NJ EZ-pass [protected] for over an hour and still cannot get through - totally messed up and I should have not have to pay 2xs and on top of a $50 fine!

Desired outcome: To have my violation undone and show no violation happen and not to pay 2xs and a $50 Admin Fee - ridiculous has taken me days/hours to deal with this non-sense
