Niva Bupa review: Health insurance

am having niva bupa health insurance and Policy No. [protected]. It is has completed about 3 years and not claimed any amount. Surprisingly, niva bupa charged premium amount from Rs 17072 to 19547 hiked Rs 2470/- paid on 25th April 2023 whereas neither any rider or any other facilities added to my policy from my side. I sent many mail to the grievance handling machinery but issue of HIGHLY UNJUSTIFIED PREMIUM HIKED has not been resolved.

NIVA BUPA has started now to recover the money with betraying the customer and trying to deceive the public. I think, now I will have to think twice to purchase the

health policy of niva bupa and as I brought out the fact that premium amount Rs 17072 to 19547 hiked i.e. Rs 2470/- in a year ONLY about 15% increase in premium and in this way, NIVA BUPA is trying to cheat the customer with increasing premium amount with UNJUSTIFIED manner and plundering with CUSTOMER..

I would request to raise my issue at appropriate leve and resolve it to refund the difference amount at an earliest.
