Nikai review: Washing machine 1

Had purchased a top loading fully automatic washing machine Nikai NWM650TN3 vide receipt SI/M0177/KM1/160904/00022 on 04/SEP/2016.
Machine was to be delivered on 6th/ 7th Sep but was delivered only on 8th Sep. Phone nos [protected] Khimji mart MBD and Customer Service [protected] were of no help as no one picked up. Finally we could get thru to Ms Lavena [protected] manager home appliances, who while being polite was of not much help as the delivery was delayed and we got the machine only on Thursday evening.
Person (Ahmed [protected]) just delivered the machine without explaining the functions. In fact he did not even connect the drain pipe because of which the entire balcony got flooded.
We now have a major problem, in the spin mode, the drum bangs against the sides and the entire machine shakes and changes position.
Contacted Lavena who expressed her inability and directed to Red [protected]. Officially complained on Sep 28th but till date no one has contacted us or solved our problem.
