Next Generation Modularscam

Brian Draizin, owner of Next Generation Modular is a scam artist. Do not trust. He was previously with Pincrest Modular, Long Island Modular and partners with Jonathan Davidson. They will hit you with extras hidden in their contracts. There work is poor. They cheat you and lie every step of the way. We now know why these guys keep changing company names and have lawsuits against them.

Has owed me $ for nearly 6 months and keeps promising, then making excuses.

I have to disagree. First of all Next Generation Modular has been very helpful with the rebuilding efforts of our home. He has even went as far as laid out monies for us to pay for the home until our mortgage company came to inspect and see that it was there. this took about 3 weeks. Second of all there were no unexpected extras. Brian helped us in every way possible from beginning to end.
I would recommend this company to everyone.

  • Agreed. Even after the job is done, LI Modular continues to screw you. Jonathan Davidson does not stand behind his work, and if anything breaks, good luck getting him to fix the item. He will just lie and give excuses. It is amazing that this guy is still in business.
