Brian Draizin, owner of Next Generation Modular is a scam artist. Do not trust. He was previously with Pincrest Modular, Long Island Modular and partners with Jonathan Davidson. They will hit you with extras hidden in their contracts. There work is poor. They cheat you and lie every step of the way. We now know why these guys keep changing company names and have lawsuits against them.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Brian Draizen is a scam artist.. he will continue to ask for monies outside of contract say he is going to do work.. then turn around does not finish work then continues to ask for money trying to convince you it is your fault why work is not done and then ask for money in order to finish the job. He talks in circles and always try to convince you .. it is you that is wrong and that you are the problem and that everyone else involved in the project is the problem… the real problem is he is a thief.. he takes your money and delays and delays work because he uses your money for other projects or his own personal use…. And complains that he can’t find people to work … meanwhile it is because he cannot pay them when you get the real story and talk to hai sun contractors… so you lose money paying him … you lose money and time from him delaying purposely… it will take him 4-5 years to build your house and he will still turn around and blame you… when you sign a contract with him it says the contract cannot be voided unless both parties want to exit the contract… so it’s almost impossible to get rid of him … it is all about him… you will be wasting time and money and it will be all his fault and he will still manage to turn it around that he is sick .. his family member is sick.. this family member is dying… he is having surgery.. and also he will be in Florida the whole time and never show up to the site .. the only time he shows up is to take your money … Never on site… if you want me to waste time, a ton of money, be lied to over and over, and your contractor to be MIA — never on site except to pick up a check … 4 years with this man he showed up once to pick up a check that is it.. mistakes were made by subcontractors that I had to pay because he was not on site to prevent these mistakes. Stay away! I am warning you … he is a good con artist and comes off as your friend… he is NOT your friend!

I have to disagree. First of all Next Generation Modular has been very helpful with the rebuilding efforts of our home. He has even went as far as laid out monies for us to pay for the home until our mortgage company came to inspect and see that it was there. this took about 3 weeks. Second of all there were no unexpected extras. Brian helped us in every way possible from beginning to end.
I would recommend this company to everyone.
Fraud… this is fraud.. everyone that has worked with him complains they are owed money from him. He hires and does not pay his subcontractors .. they have to continuously reach out to him and he is always giving them and the owner excuses… he told me it’s his sub contractors that are the problem.. wrong they are caught in the middle.. the sun contractors told me they are not paid or not paid in full that is why they don’t start or finish jobs. There are unexpected extras because everything in th contract he quotes ends up costing more and HE EXPECTS you to pay the extra differential. Stay away!

Agreed. Even after the job is done, LI Modular continues to screw you. Jonathan Davidson does not stand behind his work, and if anything breaks, good luck getting him to fix the item. He will just lie and give excuses. It is amazing that this guy is still in business.
