When I enter my message and click the "Send Message" button, it comes back with

Here was the complaint I was attempting to send: — 3:48 pm, May 14, 2022

Please send this to your accounting department.

Please cancel my subscription to Newspapers.com! I do not want to renew!

This message box seems to be the only way of communicating my desire to cancel my account. The online instructions on your website describing how to do this leads to a subscription page that presents offers for subscriptions. But, there is NO box to check for canceling the subscription. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED!

You do not even have a contact phone number to call.

I will be watching my credit card statements. If there is any charge from Newspapers.com or Ancestry, I will call my credit card company and cancel the charge.

Desired outcome: 1. Provide a Cancel Subscription option. They say there is one but it's missing.2. The customer message system is broken.3. There is no phone number or address for this company on their website.
