I have 2 children ages 9, and 7 And this child support agency canceled out my court order because the dead beat parent shows up with one of the children in their office, This is a lazy sorry excuse of an child support office, because I had filed a petition 8, 2009 to get another order established and they have not responded to Georgia via UIFSA as of yet 8 months ago. They have his address, job and contact info. He makes 25.00 an hour and has been on the same job for the last 2-3 years, Meanwhile his children rely on welfare, foodstamps, medicaid and everything else. This office knows that and they refuse to give these children the money they are entitled to. Which would be 7-800 monthly. They must sit down on their ### all day while children who could get their support are punished for their lazy ###. They must have a secret pact with deadbeats and cater to them, because I havent seen 1 cents of child support going on a year, when they know and have all of the necessary info to proceed. WTF karma is reciprocal and one day them or their child will go without. I am going to write a letter to the Govenor and Mayor to let their discrimination and laziness be known. Two children who's father makes 5, 000 a month shouldn't be receiving welfare, because they wont do their job, If you don't want to do your job then quit and someone with some brains can do it for you UUUUUU SuuuuuCK Newport News VA Child Support Office

I am so sorry.unfortunately it sounds very familiar and be very glad you do not live in W.V. My ex makes at least 1500 per week, we have been divorced for a year and he has yet to turn in correct financials to the judge.He lies about his income all over the place.Tricky ### lied to dhhr before he left(which he planned with high school girlfriend)to make it appear that we were poor before the court(standard of living during marriage)I have turned him in to IRS, dhhr, and unemployment.The court awarded his four children 1000 per month based on -get this-hand written by him pay statements stating he made 1000 per week.I have even recorded him stating one week he made 1700 plus he was averaging 2-400 in tips.I had to hire an attorney after the divorce to get a few dollars more in alimony.He left his family with no car and the electric $1000 behind.I guess that's hte standard of living thing, if you were financially abusive and neglected your family during the marriage you can continue this behavior after the divorce.I wish I could tell you something that would be a comfort or of usefulness, alas I can not.I can only understand
