New Rez / PHH review: Mortgage loan#[protected] 1123 w 18th st los angeles ca 90015

To whom it may concern,

I would like to formally complian about the above mentioned bank who is affiliated with phh. I was approved for a trial december 2021 it started january 2022 the end of my trial was march 2022. I completed all my payments and never received my final documents I made april payment may and june 2022 still because I do not want to loose my house I never received a call from them advising to send my final documents or when were they mailed or where. I submitted a new application and was denied but I do not think they looked at my income or took the time to go over with me. I feel that they are targeting me for what ever reason all I want is to pay my house like I did these past couple months without missing a payment. I'm accusing phh/new rez of not doing it right fo rme and my familynow we are about to loose our home july 28 2022.
