My name is Elyssa Barbaro and over a week ago, I filed a claim New Leaf wy for my refridgerator. (New Leaf assigned Golden Gloves who looked at the refridgerator and determined that it wasn't cooling because the sensor was broken. Golden Gloves called Samsung who explained that the entire door needed to be replaced because the sensor is in the door and Samsung doesn't sell the sensor on a standalone basis. New Leaf emailed me requesting photos of the doors to show this was not a cosmetic repair. I sent them photos and the doors are perfect. r.

This morning, I get a call from New Leaf saying that they determined my repair wasn't covered since the policy only covers mechanical parts. Well, the sensor is mechanical and Samsung says the only way to fix the sensor is to install a new door with a new sensor. Would you kindly get this approved ASAP? It' been well over a week with no satisfactory resolution.
