Received item 6/27 or 6/28 via USPS
Item not as described as depicted in photos below.
Contacted company via email @[protected]@gmail.com 4 times requesting a full refund. Received return correspondence from the email address offering a 20% refund of the purchase price which I declined, 30% refund of the purchase price was then offered IF I returned the item to China. I declined the 30% and demanded a full refund.
The item was shipped from "Jane" 371 Little Falls Rd., Ste 4, Cedar Grove, NJ 07009.
7/3/22, I again emailed the company demanding a full refund, stating the item was not shipped from China so they were attempting to make returning the item as difficult and expensive as possible.
Desired outcome: Refund of my purchase price.
