I am very angry after having mislead by one of the obey your body staff member in durban musgrave. The gentlemen he invited me me into the shop to introduce the produce and yes i was happy and ended up buying. He sold me a roll on and a body butter after i have asked for something to help me with my face dry skin. Before i pay i asked him if this thing does not help whaT DO I DO? HE SAID I CAN BRING IT BACK AND GET MY MONEY OR GET ANOTHER ITEM. to my suprise Today the 13 june 2013 after using the product i am very unhappy because my skin remain dry which means this product is not working. I got to the shop i found a lady the guy that sold me the product was no longer there. i explained my problem to the lady and she got the management i spoke to 3 differeny guys some with attitude, one Manager by the name Moses [protected] said he couldnt help me. As a customer i was misreprasantated a product with the aim for me to buy, this is wrong cunsumer protection also stipulate this. I was not assistant with all three guys incharge of the shop in durban musgrave. I need my money back or a product that will help me with my face dryness.
