Mr. Ultes and his wife Amber Ultes have a business partner name Lincoln Sziranko who also owns Tampa Bay Hurricane Protection and St. Pete Aviation. These individuals go into cities that have storm damage, open offices and sell roofs. Once Russell Ultes and Lincoln Sziranko collect deposits and payments from the homeowners they use cheap material, take short cuts and use illegal aliens as their installation crews. They “will not” honor any warranty work and this is evident by researching US Roofing Systems in Charlotte, North Carolina. Mr. Ultes collected monies from homeowners for roofing work in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2011, and hundreds of homeowners now have roofs leaking or not even having their roofs installed and had to hire another roofing company to fix their problem. The BBB of Charlotte revoked their membership and gave them an “F” rating along with the Attorney General Office investigating them for insurance fraud. In addition, Mr. Ultes also operated Precision Roofing in Greenville, South Carolina in 2010, and again the BBB of Greenville revoked their membership and gave them an “F” rating for the same business practices in Charlotte, North Carolina.
