Very disappointed with fake warranty advertised of this product from your team and power supply kit not designed according to Pakistani electricity conditions by vendor.

The attached image is showing burnt supply kit whereas this can be avoided by fitting fuse or fluctuation relay protection in the 220 V to 12 V supply kit.
Please update vendor on circuit fluctuation safety failure.

Whereas on contacting westpoint centre they told me that no warranty of fans.
Please resolve issue.
Fan has stopped charging.
