I contacted the guy from www.myphonesupport.com. They stated that they worked together with Microsoft and believed them, but they didn’t solve the problem with my computer and the agent offered me to buy one of their plans. I paid $470 for it, and the agent promised to provide the specialist. But after they took my money, they started to ignore me and no one arrived. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.
I contacted myphonesupport.com, thinking it was Microsoft Support, when I had trouble installing Windiws 10. The Indian guy n the phone tried to get me to pay $109 or so for tech support, $155 for a year's support plan. I became suspicious and compared the number I called with the number from the Microsoft website and they were different. When I told the guy on the phone he claimed they were a "partner company" and tried to stop me from calling Microsoft, saying it would be a waste of time. I hung up and called the real Microsoft support person, who handled my problem for no charge. Googled myphonesupport.com and discovered THEY ARE A SCAM!
