On 1/4/24, Mutual received my withdrawal request and sent me an acknowledgement. After two weeks, I called customer service and was advised there was a hold because I did not have enough in my account. After a few minutes Jake told me that I did have enough money and he would email the withdrawal dept. to proceed. Time passed and with no answer still, I contacted Sandra Rodas. A few days went by and she finally called to let me know I had to distribute the withdrawal differently, I agreed verbally and she said everything was fine. On 1/26/24, I was contacted and told that since my conversation with Sandra had not been recorded, I would once again have to agree on the accounts the withdrawal would be taken from. I once again agreed on the recorded line and waited. Today, after another week and almost a month of waiting, I called again and got Lou in customer service who said the withdrawal was waiting for spousal approval and I should send them my divorce decree. NO ONE EVER CALLED OR MAILED ME THAT INFORMATION. I advised the representative that I would only continue with a supervisor. I was put on the phone with Randy and he told me spousal approval was not necessary. He then suggested we do the withdrawal again on line which I did. At this point because of the lack of communication and lack of professionalism from Mutual I cannot I do not believe this is the end of it. Please help me.

Desired outcome: Receive the money I requested and am due.
