Mrs World Pageant review: complaint 1

I participated in the Mrs World Pageant at the westgate hotel in Las Vegas this past month. I don't want this complaint to be or sound bitter in anyway. I knew I wasn't going to win, I'm young and just starting my philanthropy. I only want this complaint online for future girls so they know what they are getting themselves into. My director only had good things to say and I know she is a great woman she wouldn't lie to me. There was a women in charge last year that left and I think she kept this boat afloat and now everything is different in her absence.

If you want to win or do well in this pageant you much have children, have darker hair, and do not waste your time talking to contestants. You have to suck up to the people running the pageant especially Mr and Mrs Marmel. You will feel like cattle, contestants will push you to get to the front of the photos or stage. Contestants who are grown women will screem backstage and possible start drama with you. Keep your head. It feels like pageant warfare. We also had a dinner where we were told my one of the first women to become President of a hotel and casino to find "our male champion." The atmosphere is very toxic misogyny with a layer of Caty. If you think it's a fair pageant it is not, Elaine -Mrs Marmel, gave personal feedback to one of the girls on what to do and not to do... to do well. The philanthropist award and even Congeniality were not chosen by the contestants or vote. If you are looking for a fair pageant this is not it, if your looking for a place to meet women this is not it, if you are looking for a place that uplifts and support women this is not it.

I wish I didn't waste the money or time on this experience. It will take a a while to recover from everything that happened.
