Mountain View review: Not sure

I have posted a prior complaint but dont know how to access the response. I keep getting charges for things I didnt order or request. I didnt know I had ever signed up for anything from Mountain View and feel like I'm being robbed long distance. I cat find any way to get this acct. cancelled. I live on S.S. and cannot afford to pay for that I didnt order and dont get. Some govt. agency should investigate this operation. I am going to contact Kansas C.P. of the A.G.s office and see what they tell me.
