Montgomery Wars and Swiss Colony review: Follow up reply from sw/ & pattern data with montgomery wards

Filed a complaint against Swiss Colony; never received payment Statement from them. On 6/8/22 got a letter with all of the statements they said they sent; that was a lie also three months were added that I never previously received...

Montgomery Ward called today to ask why I had not made a payment; I explained I never received a statement. This seemed strange because I had the same issue with Swiss Colony; Agent reported that SC was part of MW? I see a pattern developing; don't issue a statement to the customer, let them get 2 or 3 late fee charges, then call, which I was vulernable to because I had been in a bad auto accident. I asked why no statement; Agent could not give me an answer; this impacts my credit score; paid off account & closed it.
