Mmpula Paradys Lodge review: Racist and Biased Employer

This employer Dr. Albert Schutte and his girlfriend Deandra van der Walt employ people with biased intentions, they work on a hire and fire principle. Once the worker has reached upto 6 weeks employment they get fired. There are no contracts for the employees, No company regulations, no employment equity, no tax or UIF and no contracts of employment. No files for their workers as well as no termination letters given.

It is expected of them that the employees stay on the premises and when they fire them (which is 99% their excuse that the employee is stealing or wanting to steal from them) then they get given 24hour notice to remove their belongings from the premises.

There is no disciplinary hearings whatsoever and no labour laws are adhered to.

In the last six (6) months 18 employees were hired and fired at Mmpula paradys lodge.
