Yesterday, may 14, I went to midland superstore garden centre. I bought 10 bags of top soil. There were three young employees standing behind the cash on their phones talking about some guy who got poison ivy in their lungs. Ugh
Today we had to get 20 more bag and gourds what …. Same bs. We loaded 30 bags all together with no one finger help, no one asked if we needed help … nothing. We are both in our 60s.
My 84 yr old mom went up and same thing.
This is terrible customer service.
These kids or whatever have no work ethic at all. They can’t ever say hello or thank you
Desired outcome: They need to be managed better , phones taken away , cameras put up so you can see how your customers are treated
