My father receives his social security on a green dot card. From September the 6th 2022 to September the 14th 2022 (today) there has been hundreds of dollars charged for Microsoft x box. My father lives in a nursing home and only uses his card to pay his bill at the nursing home and to purchase his drinks and snacks at Walmart. He doesnt even know what a Xbox is. I need to know how to fix this. In fact I want to know how and why his card number was hacked into. He literally lives on a fixed income and is unable to pay his bill at the nursing home.
Desired outcome: He desperately needs a refund for the fraudulent charges to keep from losing his place to live. Whoever hacked his card should be found and prosecuted for stealing from the elderly living on a fixed income that barely meets their needs!!
