purchased jeans leggings did not fit returned item registered mail. trying to contact metrostyle by phone always busy holding for long periods of time only to be disconnected, Finally was able to speak to personnel after three months only to be told they have no records of my sale, was told to fax over paperwork and they would get back to me. Tried to fax over paper work to fax number provided, to find out i was given wrong fax number. Started process all over again busy signal everytime i call being patient looking for refund...
