Meraky Counselling Centre review: In person session with trainee counsellor Lynn Chua

I have make a make paymemt of the in person counselling session RM50 to the Meraky Counselling centre under Regus management malaysia.

The appoiment date is on today 13/4

5pm, due to the traffic I couldn't arrived on time then the trainee counsellor Lynn Chua promise to let me reschedule the next session for free. I have all the sceenshot of conversation with her as evidence. But just now suddenly the trainee counsellor told me that she have discuss with the person in charge of Meraky Counselling centre and my payment of RM50 will be forfieted.

Hopefully could get back the refund of RM50 and I didnt hope they will eat my money. This is the issue that I want to complaint to the management. Looking forward for the reply. Thank you.
