My mother is 80 years old and on a fix income somehow, she has this Medco home warranty service that she can't even remember signing up for each time they have taken 500 dollars which is a lot of money for her, out of her bank account. When reviewing her acct and seeing bills bounce and retuned, realize its this company. MEDCO they then give you some number to the home warranty department/ A call was made to them in July, they advised that all calls were monitored and recorded. They were asked then to stop and refund the money they had taken. I then was given some number to the home warranty department. Every time you call you get someone disrespectful and nasty that sound like they are in their basement calling themselves the overflow department. They take down your number and advise you that they are going to call you and you never get a call. When calling back enquiring on why you never got a call back to cancel this mess your given the run around again and told they are closing.
