Order a pizza online on 4/2/2015 about 6pm. It took two hour to get here. The food was cold. They forgot my salad. When I inquired about it the driver lied and said it wasn't on the ticket. He did not present me with a receipt until I asked for it directly. Sure enough the salad was listed and then he changed his tune and offer a free salad on the next order. That is really not good enough. I feel insulted and disappointed with the entire experience. I am not sure if I am going to be using this service in the future. HORRIBLE! JUST HORRIBLE!
carry out order picked up at 6.00 pm 11/17/17
ordered 2 pasta dishes at 5:30 and at 6:30 informed us that they did not have any penne pasta at this time. we asked
if they were just getting to our order and she said "yes" but could substitute alfredo pasta instead. she said it would
take another hour for our order. the manager said in background to send us a 2 liter of soda. we cancelled but had to
call to call center and they explained they had not issued my cc a refund. absolutely not a complainer but their customer
service and management are not quality oriented or caring
