Staff submit TopUp Device order in Feb2022, until early of April2022, yet to get any feedback about the device, check with the vendor / agent / account manager, said that Maxis was migrated system and a lot of excuses, lodge a case - CS0312362 at maxis business customer service on 8 April 2022, and also paid the TopUp device on 12 April 2022, and now - today 3 May 2022, yet to solve the problem, not even delivery the device (stock available since March 2022). Customer Service keep said what they can do is to send the email / notification to follow up with the SYSTEM TEAM. How long should the staff need to wait? Another 3 months?

Please look into it and solve it immediately - Opp number - [protected].

Staff will lodge a complaint to The Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs, after 5 May 2022, if the staff yet to receive the device.

Desired outcome: To receive the device before 6 May 2022...
