Matthew C Mullhofer Attorney sold me and my family a totally worthless land trust and a LLC. He put our house and investments in these bogus entities and we now lost all our investments. He is promoting these ways to protect assets but really he gets control of your property and bank accounts and takes all the equity to himself. Don't fall for this scam.

This complaint is a complete hoax. Frank Mallalu has never been a client of mine. Each and every client that we provide legal services for is given an attorney client retainer agreement. I would ask that he show that he has that agreement with our firm to prove that he is a client.
I am an attorney licensed by the State Bar of California in good standing. Please go to www.calbar.ca.gov/attorneysearch to see that I have no complaints.
This hoax complaint was prepared by an attorney cpa competitor of mine. They are being investigated by the IRS and the California State Bar. Fortunately they will be out of business very soon.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding this rebuttal.

Cannot tell. Burden of proof is on complainant. If he was able to attach documentation that he is a client and a copy of the trust papers showing the attorneys name it would help. Is there any protection against false accusations on the Internet?

I personally have had work done with Mr. Mullhofer. NEVER would i imagine him doing such heinous crimes. He is a VERY kind man and wouldn't even think of doing said acts. BE CAREFUL ABOUT FALSE SLANDER! Competitors sure can be jealous. Its a shame that people try and prosper by cheating and lying. Matthew C. Mullhofer would be a DEDICATED AND LOYAL attorney to hire.

I have personally met matt mullhofer to my regret. He is a liar and a cheat and i would never do business with him . He is a disgusting person and has a long list of enemies who would just as well see him go out of business. Do not give this incompetent [censor] any money or hire him for any matter as he is totally incompetent and will rip you off.

My husband and I went to the offices of Matthew C Mullhofer on December 27 2011. we were hoping to do some year end tax planning and perhaps make a trust or something to cut our tax bite at year end or at least let up know if we have any chance to make some year end changes in our business. We assumed Mr. Mullhofer was competent in tax matters as he advertised the same.

so, we went to the meeting, spent about a half hour and $100. Mullhofer seemed totally bewildered. We mentioned our S-corp and showed him our financial statement from our CPA. He did not comprehend the financial details of our company and was unable to advise us as to corporate year end planning as to tax brackets and retained earnings accumulation . I would certainly not hire him in the future and am surprised he advertises as a tax attorney.

He's currently advertising with spam messages, so I'd drop him into the ### category.
