This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I specifically asked for certain repairs to be done instead Buckys violating my rights, violated, consumer protection act laws swindled + overcharged said that they did certain things and never performed them they got neglectful

Customer to Buckys Corp “Why would buckys regional manager want to investigate BREACH WARRANTY?” on timing cover? Buckys use JB Weld epoxy that covered damages Buckys caused the customer Rather than using customers OEM Ford timing cover instead buckets not only broke his timing cover. They use JBWELD to cover their damage The customer melted JBWELD from timing cover & like to present cover in court it certainly wasn’t cracked, it was definitely broken mishandled by Buckys in Lynnwood on 60th of 90th day labor warranty & 6 months later on 91st day buckys wanted customer to pay $490+Tx

Its buckys negligent repairs or R&R a Pitman Arm that’s attached to gear box of a vehicle. Typically would need to get vehicle realigned, their mechanic said (don’t need to have it done?) I have a 2spoke steering wheel 98 F150 when buckys overcharged and installed new Pitman arm. It was at 12-6pm position should be at 9a-3p I DONT wanna drive with abnormal steering wheel instead Buckys owes customer for that refund too Buckys this customer about $2500 of their neglectful repairs because anything I asked them to do they never seem to give back my old parts. He became a problem because you could rely on the manager because he was just as crooked as a regional manager.

Desired outcome: I have evidence/proof for Negligence stealing from customers, because you failed to repair vehicles because that mechanic that took 3hours on a 1.1 hour job that’s why it’s called neglect.

I’ve heard numerous complaints about Lynnwood Buckys about not installing customer supplied parts instead mechanics don’t install those supplied parts resulting in having to replace an entire axle because of mechanics neglect miraculously that mechanic no longer works for that particular shop, then you have to return a few weeks later for buckys already bought & installed an axle for $965 without customers permission, you could have replace both sides for $965 which is overcharging customer or taking 3 hours to R&R rear seal when it’s only 1.1 hours. or a customer provided a Pitman arm and he the customer knew that you would need to get an alignment. The mechanic Brandon mentioned(don’t need front wheel alignment is none-sense)

Anytime you’re adjusting appointment on that attached to the gearbox you will always need an alignment still owes the customer money for that, including their breach of warranty on a another job that they have failed to remedy
