Lucchese Boot Store in Nashville TN review: Product not received

I went into the Lucchese Boot store in Nashville TN Feb 19, 2022. Purchased a pair of boots that had to be ordered. Spent $1,000.00. To this day the boots have NEVER been mailed to us. Now, after several phone calls the company says it can’t find the order. I am at the end and not sure how to get the product I paid for. It is now November 28, 2022.
