1st point: I created account here to lodge a complaint on family fitness center.
PEOPLE DO NOT JOIN, every thing sucks here.
Corporate level: customer service people hungs phone on you. we have to try 100 times to connect any agent.
Membership cancellation sucks, I dont know what kind of people they are. At the time of joining, they said nothing. Now at the time of cancellation they say everything.
At the time of joining, they said my billing cycle is from 1st to end of the month, no they say my card will be charged 27th every month. They charged me the last month fees at the time of joining and they said they will charge one time again. I didnt understand what the heck is this.
People DO NOT JOIN this club. This place is not good.
I regret I joined this club. Bunch of idiots.
