I've decided to spend the money to get four new tires since my used cars ones were getting pretty bad. Went to Les Schwab in Centralia and got a whole spiel about how you got all these guarantees and they'll fix the tire for free within a year if something happened or it's always guaranteed and pay back seem like such a good and solid investment with a what seemed like a pretty good company, at least they're so well known everybody knows their name. Obviously as I come to find out with my personal car unless you have is not the best places. I've been having car trouble where it feels like you're driving down the street your tires want to take you in a different direction they merge the car back and forth and I hear some kind of thing and rattling so wondering if it was the tires I brought it in to the chehalis Les Schwab in a really nasty woman proceeded to tell me that I was told I had to get an alignment. I was never told that and like I told her you were not at that counter during the conversation do not tell me that just because they entered it into the computer does not mean that's exactly what they said. They told me they did an alignment and that I would need to come back in the future to get it checked. That's what was said. I was also informed that it would not cost anything to have a check. This was b*******. I'm on social security, I disabled and I can't work. I got these tires because I knew it was something that needed to be done and that chunk of money is not something I always have laying around. Now we all know what cars there's normal maintenance but that is ridiculous. To put brand new tires on somebody's car and not even align them. Not even do they not align them they don't tell them, and the kicker of that is they don't tell them they're going to have to spend $200 and something dollars to do it basically you're paying them an extra $200 to finish putting on your tires. If I had any idea that I would spend $800 to get four new tires and in order to have my car drive well I'm going to have to come back and spend another $200 to have them align it it's b*******. I'm really sick to death at these companies taking advantage of those of us on a small income. And those of us in a small income tend to tell them when we purchase things is there anything else that I'm going to need to put money aside for is there something else that we need to pay for do not tell me that you didn't limit on my car but in the future time you're going to have to go back and get checked I just figured that was normal and then call me a liar when I'm at the desk telling you what I was told I appreciated tell me I'm going to have to spend about half as much to align the tires as I spent on them. You know this fine line yeah read between the lines and under the dotted line is it's crap? That's not fair for us because what am I supposed to do get into a car accident and what? I made it real clear I wanted to get everything paid for hell I was going to pay for the alignment right then but I was told it was something that was already done and I need to see that. And you guys need to start doing customer service lectures when you hire people because that girl to Jessica's lucky she was behind a desk because she would have got a punch to the face and she talked to me like that on the street that was very rude get your s*** together Les Schwab
