I have purchased 20 life points from Leisure Cor on 9 September2010 and awaited my transfer documents.
I did regular follow ups and received promises on the progress on the transfer documents. However today I received the following

Dear Mr and Mrs Boshoff
Our contract to buy and sell Holiday Club points has unceremoniously been cancelled, after 8 years of buying and selling of approximately 50 000 Holiday Club Points.
However, Leisure Cor is now embarking on a process of a without prejudice distribution, to refund all monies due.
The distribution will be between 5% - 10% per month of monies due. Interest will be calculated at the end of the
distribution term and paid.
We apologise for the inconvenience and kindly request you to favour us your banking details to enable you to
participate in the distribution.
The first distribution date is anticipated to be towards the middle of May.
