purchased products sept 26, 2009
began to call after 2 weeks and recording stated they were overwhelmed with orders and to "be patient"
called 2 weeks later and recording stated that they were on vacation and to leave a message
called 2 weeks ago and phone rang busy

I placed a order Nov 29, 2011 --And to date the product has not been received. I have placed multiple calls and emails to the company with you reply. I even filed a claim with BBB in a hope they could get some feedback from Leanna's but that did not pan out. This is a horrible way to do business. I wish there was a way to get some attention placed on the lack delivery for this company. Basically they are stealing from people who want to support the growth of a teen trying to make a positive move.

Whats funny is these complaints were before I started ordering the product. I started ordering mid 2010 and I was actually recieving my product. I ordered in aug. 2010 2 separate orders and never recieved anything after that. This is a great product and something needs to be done even if it means getting authorities involved.

Did not receive my order either. I am very disappointed! How do you go about getting the website shut down? They are nonresponsive!

I too, had similar experience I order on the website a week before labor Day weekend, I receiced the order oin October the 25th, that was with the help of paypal, I reported my complain to paypal, and they took matter into their own hand and took care of the situation, when paypal contacted them that was when they shipped the products, I realized they had no intention in fufilling the order. Sadly, the product is great! I use it on my daughters' hair, her hair is extremely dry, it change her hair texture instanly. I am dissappointed about the Company, I was looking forward to use their products, I thought that I found a solution for my daughters' hair. so now with the Haiti Devastation they have good excuse not to fufill their order, yet it is a crime that they are still accepting order.

I order products from Leanna's on November 9, 2009; and it is now January 17, 2010 and have not as of yet recieved my order. I have tried to sent e-mails to the company and of course they were returned to me as "address not found, " as well as telephone calls to them which you can not leave any messages. It is really sad that the company has become a fraud after having been praised in magazines and talk shows. I hope at least they come clean and give back the money which they accepted from consumers and never do business again with the public. ES2109

I also ordered $78.00 worth of hair products from Leanna's on October 12, 2009. Leanna's hair products refuse to answer emails and unable to get answer on phone. Most disturbing is website still accepting orders! More people will be ripped off.

I placed an order of $49.00 in September after the Wendy Williams appearance. I got credit from
my credit card company in December because I never received my order.

If they are legit and overwhelmed, they could stop taking orders or give people the option of canceling until they catch up. I'll never order anything from these people again.

I to have ordered from Leanna's Hair and have not recieved my products. I ordered on November 15 th. I have made several attempts to contact the customer service number listed as well as email with no response. I am very sadden because I thought I was purchasing products from a legit company that would fulfill their obilagation I did when they promptly took money out of my account. I think this company should be held accountable for taking innocent peoples money. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB and internet crime as well. I am a hard working mother that doesn't have money to give away without receiving a product or service. Leanna's parents should be ashame exploiting a little girl for financial gain. I hope and pray they held accountable for their action.

I ALSO ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY IN oCTOBER AND I HAVE YET TO RCIEVE MY PRODUCTS OR EVEN A RESPOSNE TO ANY OF MY EMAILS. iT SEEMS THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND SADLY THEY ARE USING A CHILD TO PROTRAY A DIFFERENT VIEW OF THEMSELVES.
