The person who posted alleged "Fraudulent practices" by me is a convicted pedophile and child pornographer. Among many other problems with him, he was contacting my children at my home. In part because of this and other postings (he has used an alias, falsified information, and is not allowed to use the internet), he has been AGAIN arrested for child pornography and is now a recidivist felon. YOU MUST REMOVE HIS FRAUDULENT, FALSE AND DEFAMATORY COMMENTS FROM YOUR WEBSITE. You state that I am suspected of Fraudulent practices...how dare you? This is being published all over the internet. You have done no investigation, and are negligently reporting allegations determined by a court to be FALSE. You are posting the words of a recidivist felon child pornographer and pedophile. I would say without a doubt that all the complaints about are true.. He surely did lie to me and did more damage... I really would have been better off without him... You hear all the bad jokes about attorneys and then you meet one who fits the bill. Watch what response he may provide here.. would be typical in character such as his. And i am sure he wond mention the 100, 000+ fine he recently had with the Bar...?
No complaints, but he is a lawyer what could you expect. Next time don't do a crime, or have family members doing crime, protect your children from danger or out of harm and do not drink & drive then you would not have problems with lawyers who are trying to defend you behavior. Your own stupidity put you where you belong and deal with it. And instead of dwelling on Michael E. Bierman, Esq. think about your victims and potential victims for awhile and prey for forgiveness.

I found Michael very unprofessional. When I hired him I was not thinking properly! The first meeting he had his bare feet up on his desk and was eating Chinese food out of a carton.He went on and on about what a genius he was.I was facing a DUI and he did not send gge necessary paperwork to the state for my license to be valid and I drove around for 8 months on a suspended license.
This pair were very excited to show off and talk about her new fake boobs and their matching neck tattoos. I leveraged a settlement with the other attorney and got him custody of his daughter. I beat her child abuse case despite the belt marks on the child. They did not pay their bill. Thanks for your genius comment.
michael did nothing in my case either. all he did was talk about my wifes breasts and cry to me about his girl friend that dumped him. Then he tried to charge me for all the time that i sit there and listend to his bs. the other party in my case give up (nothing to do with michael) and i won. i didnt even go to court. he did nothing and thinks HE won my case. ha ha What a loser. I worn all who read this. DONT use michael bierman

Ms. Lowery was accused of aggravated assault and battery--essentially attempted murder in Georgia--with a broken bottle. The hotel in which the alleged act took place claimed it cost them about $8, 000 in cleaning and repair to remove and sanitize blood damage to the room--quite a picture! Her family hired me to defend her, but were so impatient they fired me after a very short time. I earned every penny of what little they paid me as follows: Locating the hotel that was the scene of the crime (the family did not know where she had stayed), Tracking down damage estimates for blood removal from the hotel room, negotiating a settlement for same, arranging for the secure storage and safekeeping of her personal property left in the room at the time of her arrest, investigation of the alleged crime, witnesses, and the alleged victim; I dealt with endless telephone calls from family members about the case all hours of the day and night, including weekends; and spent many hours in meetings with family members who demanded sit-down meetings every couple of days. All of this was pre-indictment, before any right to discovery, reports, or evidence in the case, and only days after the arrest. By the way, the family was REFERRED to me from another state by their friends, and the family told me that they had had me "checked out" and approved before even meeting or hiring me. They were extremely impatient, very demanding, and refused to believe that it takes longer than a week or two to handle an attempted murder case in Fulton County Courts in Georgia where the alleged victim almost died, and the accused maintained her innocence! My time in the case surpassed what they paid me by a substantial amount, but I never sent them a bill. I guess all of that is "nothing" in their eyes, but the contract they signed stated that I would be paid for my time spent on the case--the author of this complaint forgot to mention all of that, and that I do not work for free (not all the time, anyway!)
