In my opinion, William H Tobolsky is an atrocious attorney.
My experience with him only leads me to believe that he is what most people ascribe to lawyers in general: They they are all no-good, backstabbing, heinous, unethical people.
No matter the reason, I would never return to this attorney, for the smallest of matters to grave matters.
He and his wife (The so-called Office Manager) do not exude confidence in any aspect, of any professional matter at all.
Paperwork delivered will be misspelled, addressed wrong off of a much too used template, and be drafted in a haphazard manner, that requires you to proofread, edit, and triple-check everything. (Something a lay-person could do without the exorbitant fees charged.)
To sum up: William Tobolsky is not the attorney that youwish to use for any matter that you may have in the New Jersey Legal system.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have to agree with the previous complaints as I to have had a not so good experience with Atty Tobolsky and his office . My wife and I sat for an hour explaining our claim and we were told they would be getting back to us on their decision weather to go forward. Well after several phone calls and messages my wife and I waited a month and still nothing until finally after another phone call we were told they declined our claim noting it's not without merit and that was it that was all we received back from them .
Not without merit ? Which means we have a legal claim but they don't want the case, after waiting a month with no correspondence to us this is it .
We have an enormous amount of documents as proof to our claim with an actual confession that we were defrauded but Atty Tobolsky never even asked to review one piece of documentation . This is very important to my wife and I and our family and yet even with proof we were denied and it took them a month and several phone call messages before they declined us although as they say not that are claim doesn't have merit ... I do not recommend this Atty and or this firm ...
In my experience, William Tobolsky is a fabulous attorney. His office is more casual than many, but he gets the job done and argues eloquently and competently. He actually saved me quite a bit of money by winning my case. He and his wife are also very kind people. I recommend him completely!
