I have been a realtor for over 15 years and I have never worked with such an unprofessional attorney. Not only is he rude and obnoxious, he pretends to charge one fee and then increases the fee half way through the transaction. Not trustworthy and has many dissatisfied clients. Only looks out for his interests - not his clients.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have known Matthew Albano for over 20 years. In that time he has handled two closings for me as well as providing real estate and landlord/tenant legal advice. I trust and value his knowledge and his assistance. I have never seen him act "rude" or "obnoxious." I HAVE seen him be very firm with a seller who was trying to pull a fast one on us on closing day.
I beg to differ with Mr. MikeSam88, realtor of 15 years and 110% disagree with this comment! You cannot get anymore professional than Matthew Albano! I have never met and dealt with a more hard-working, competent, intelligent attorney. I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Albano on numerous occasions and can honestly say that it was a pleasure. His clients are always at the top of his list and works very hard to keep them happy! This review is just laughable!
There is obviously a personal issue here with this review that "Mr. Realtor for over 15 years" has written...he has already bashed 2 attorneys on this site and has been registered for less than a month.
P.S. MikeSam...I am sure you received a commission for your work & without Mr. Albano's help, you would have never gotten it.
