On 11/11/22, I purchase a fuel sending unit for a 2015 VW Passat which did not work. I returned fuel sending the following morning on 11/12/22. Once I arrived, I informed sales personnel of the problem. In lieu of testing part, they tried to place blame. When all they had to do is inspect tank, pump was pull from or ask employee that pull it, that would have explained defect. Pump had water in it is the reason it was frozen up/corroded. Personnel informed me that do not give and reimburse for parts. Therefore, I left their part with them, because I have no use for a defective part. I thank it is bad business and personnel like me should read the fine print in lieu listing to sale personnel. Although when I spotted it/I should have return it immediately prior to leaving.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund of $90.95. Same as paid for pump they knew would not work from the start.
