KOA North Omaha/Greta NE review: Poor customer service

On 28 August we arrived early from the FMCA rally in Lincoln,NE it was about 11:45Am the person at the counter informed us that there would be a $ 30.00 charge for arriving early yet the site that was assigned to us was NOT occupied and after checking in they took us to the site. Upon leaving we informed that we would be leaving one day early at which time we were told that we would NOT get a refund for the day that we did not use. Just as a side note we stayed at the same campground approximately over a year prior, we stayed for about 18 days and the staff was very helpful but I do not know how the staff/owners have changed so much.
