Kiwi review: Company being charged extra for the luggages I have already paid

I have book my trip to Spain Santander from London Stansted to Santander airport on 21st of September departing and landing back to London Stansted on 5th of October in my tickets which are two adults and 10kg cabin suite case included

At the actual airport Ryanair has applied additional charge for the luggages which are already included claiming that Kiwi are a very bad company and always cheat his clients

I am very disappointed at this point and

I want to receive a full refund of 90£ that Ive paid for extra additional charge which was meant to be included in my ticket price please find the invoice attachment below
