I purcashed information that cost me $1.12, my bank rang me to comfirm this, after going ahead with transaction I found out that another amount of $87.19 was taken now while both account details are the same "kitacccess" and "growthtools", the title are different and i have not recieved anything from either company and no one can give me any information on how to contact them, I have since had to change all my bank details but would like a refund, due to the fact i havent ordered anything.

I agree, fell for the same thing, where was the fine print stating this Im left to wonder myself. ###
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Recently unemployed, saw the add for an opportunity to make some income working at home. Fell for it like a dumby, initial investment $1.01 for internet access to the information. Two days later there was an $80.50 charge on my account. I called the toll free number and was informed that in the fine print was the charges-after a 2 day trial period my account would be charged again and than the SUBSCRIPTION would be $79.00 each month. What a scam-I reported them to the Mo. Attny General, doubt if they can do anything for me, but maybe they can stop them from stealing from anyone else. I also called my bank and requested a new debt card-they aren't getting anymore of my money...$80.00 poorer and without a debt card for a few days-lesson learned.
whoever this company is they got ahold of my debit card number and withdrew 107.00 which emptied out my account. i am a single mother caring for a 10 yr old luekemia patient and we needed that money. i don't know who this company is, or what they claim to represent but they need to be stopped immediately.
i have no way to recover this money and i want someone to do something about this company or should i say, scam artist.
I have a charge on my bill for 1.00 from a company kitacccess. The number on my statement is [protected]. I have no knowledge of this charge or company when i looked information up online i found it is a scam.
Beware! Kitacccess is a scam, $1.00 free trial is not free, charged my credit card $80.66 for there so called services, which we never received. Was told money is not refundable, what a joke. They get $80.00 for doing absolutely nothing. Why are scam companies like this allowed to operate?

sorry i should mention that i am having the same trouble but my amount taken was for $99 Australian dollars. im just doing some research and also have contacted current affair. anything to obtain money that so many people have lost.
..The kicker is..The phone # on my statement was a phony phone #...So, I finally today found a good # to call to cancel, , But of course my 2week trial period is expired
